HOW DO I CARE FOR MY HANDMADE JEWELRY?

Our pieces are handcrafted in sterling silver and/or 14K gold.

Please remember to remove your jewelry before cleaning, swimming or taking a shower. Also, avoid direct contact with perfumes, hairspray, lotion or household detergents as the chemicals included in these products could in some cases cause tarnish or discoloration. Please remove when sleeping to avoid accidental damage, and make sure to store items separately to prevent them from being scratched.

If you need to clean your piece, you can use a soft toothbrush and mild soap or any appropriate polishing cloth for silver or gold.

Please remember that proper care ensures you will enjoy your jewelry for years to come.

HOW DO I MAKE SURE I'M ORDERING THE RIGHT RING SIZE?

Please make sure to follow the size guide in each item’s description in case you need help with sizing. All rings are made based on your size request during checkout. Always make sure to order the correct size, as there is a fee for resizing (plus shipping costs back and forth).

For wider band rings, please consider adding half or even a full size up, depending on your knuckle bones and/or personal preference.

OOAK rings are already sized in specific sizes. Please note that some of them can be slightly resized. Make sure to contact us prior to purchasing if you need a ring resized or if you have any questions related to sizing.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?

At the moment, we don’t accept custom orders. However, some of our pieces can be customizable with multiple stone or metal options available. Please contact us at hello@marrenjewelry.comor through our form with your request.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please allow up to 15 business days for the production of your jewelry piece.

Most of our pieces are made to order unless stated otherwise.

Made to order pieces are made from scratch just for you after your order. Please note that since handmade, slight variations may occur.

Ready to be shipped items (usually OOAK) are being dispatched within 3-5 business days after your order.

SHIPMENT/DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are shipped via standard registered mail with tracking number or via DHL Express courier, within 3-15 business days after your order (depending on the piece).

 

Approximate delivery times are:

Standard registered mail (ELTA):

  • EU orders: 5-15 business days
  • International orders: 8-25 business days

 

(DHL EXPRESS)

  • EU orders: 1-5 business days
  • International orders: 3-8 business days

Please note that custom duties or import taxes are always a responsibility of the buyer.
