Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
LEAD TIMES
Please allow up to 15 business days for the production of your jewelry piece.
Most of our pieces are made to order unless stated otherwise.
Made to order pieces are made from scratch just for you after your order. Please note that since handmade, slight variations may occur.
Ready to be shipped items (usually OOAK) are being dispatched within 3-5 business days after your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We really hope that you will LOVE your new piece. However, we will gladly accept returns in case you are not happy with your order. If you’d like to return or exchange a piece, please contact us first at info@marrenjewelry.com or via our form
Jewelry must be shipped back within two weeks after you have received your order and via registered mail with a tracking number. All items must be shipped in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds are completed less the shipping costs. In case of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs back and forth.
Please note that custom orders or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
LOSSES & DAMAGES
-LOSSES-
All orders are shipped with tracking numbers so that they can be trackable while in transit. Please understand that we are not responsible in case of a lost package. However, we will do our best to get any problems fixed.
In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost, we will file a petition for you at the courier or post office and proceed to a refund.
-DAMAGES-
All items are carefully packaged in boxes and in bubble envelopes for extra safety.
However, if, for some reason, your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately on the same day you received it. We will ask you to send the parcel back to us, and we will proceed to a full refund or replacement as soon as we receive it.
